1. How long does it take to receive my order?
    It depends on the time of day of your order. Typically it is shipped the same day or within 48 hours. We are closed during US holidays, so keep this in mind. You are responsible for inputting the correct address including an apartment number, (if any). If orders aren’t getting delivered or you don’t receieve an order, we are not liable for your incorrect address input. So please, double check.

  2. Do I need to buy a flange kit for the exhaust kit?
    No, our pipes utilize the stock hardware.

  3. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship worldwide.

  5. What’s the wait time for exhaust?
    Typically it is a one to two week wait. If there are any delays, you will be informed.

  6. Why isn’t my tracking updating?
    Packages are picked up daily from the shipping company. It can take overnight for a shipment to process.

    Most items are in stock. You may email us for availability.

  8. What is your return policy?
    All returns must be approved before you ship it back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted if items are used , damaged, or altered in any way.

    All Kinetic Motorcycles parts have a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY upon manufacture defects or faults. Please email us with a clear picture and description of what is wrong for warranty claims. All details about warranties are can be found here.
