The Slims are made of 1" steel tube with a CNC cut base that replaces your original handlebar clamp. By having the base cut via CNC and the bar CNC notched, the Slims are internal wire capable. This will provide an ultra clean cockpit if you want to internally route your wires. A speedometer relocation is required for the functionality of this handlebar (which we offer). Proudly made here at the Kinetic facility in Houston, Texas.

CNC Notch: We're also the first and only to create CNC'd notched bars on the market for Harley's. This is the highest of standards for Sportsters because dimpled bars can cause warping and make your throttle "sticky". CNC notched bars make installation very easy by allowing the hand control wires to actually go into the handlebar and not cram into a dimple which may potentially pinch and damage your wires.

Brake Line: Add our extended brake line to your order. It's made in-house to work with the Slims. The stainless steel braided line features an inner teflon lining for improved performance and longevity. You will NOT need a longer throttle cable or clutch cable. You only need an extended brake line. This applies to all Sportster trims and years.
